A Stunning Estate Topaz and Blue Diamond Ring - Vintage Cocktail Ring. This wonderful estate ring holds a vibrant blue topaz faceted gemstone at its center measuring about 8 x 10mm oval. There are twenty two (22) genuine blue diamonds set on the sides. The setting is composed of sterling silver. Overall the ring measures about 5/8 inch long by about 7/8 inch wide. Ring Size: about 7 1/4 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This piece was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition.
