A Beautiful Antique Cameo Necklace with Simulated Blue Sapphire Gems, Vintage Victorian - Deco, Italian circa 1930's. This lovely antique necklace holds a genuine hand carved Italian shell cameo at its center measuring about 21 x 19mm oval. There are also stunning faceted simulated blue sapphire gems. The setting is handmade filigree with floral detailing. The necklace closes securely with the spring ring style clasp. Overall the necklace measures about 17 inches long. The centerpiece is about 1 5/8 inches long by about 15/16 inch wide. This piece is estimated to date circa 1930's and is in lovely vintage condition.
