A Beautiful Pair of Mikimoto Pearl Earrings in Sterling Silver, Estate Vintage - Antique, circa 1960's. These gorgeous classic earrings are made by the famous Mikimoto Pearl Company of Ginza, Tokyo, Japan. These earrings feature approximate 4mm pearls in a 6 pearl cluster with gorgeous quality and luster that Mikimoto is known for. The settings are made of sterling silver and are marked S for silver and with the M in clamshell hallmark. The earrings have screw backs for pierced or unpierced ears. Each earring measures about 13/16 inch long by about 3/8 inch wide from side to side. These were acquired through an estate collection and are in beautiful vintage condition.
