A Beautiful Antique Gold Locket, Vintage Art Nouveau Pendant in 14K, dated 1894. This is a lovely example of rare Art Nouveau period jewelry. Art Nouveau jewelry was only made for a short time in the late 1800's to early 1900's, thus is very rare today. This lovely antique locket is made of 14K gold as tested. It has lovely scrolling edges and interlocking initials at the center. The other side reveals a '94 for the date 1894. The locket opens and closes securely and the inside is in wonderful condition. Overall the locket measures about 1 1/4 inch long with the bail by about 15/16 inch wide. This piece was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition.
